La Vallee Des Singes… (monkeys)

Just back from hols in France and a visit to La Vallee Des Singes… a brilliant place where nearly all the monkeys are free to roam around (obviously not the Silverbacks… might of made an interesting photo op though with the kids though :) )…
I don’t do wildlife at all and these monkeys were worse than kids when it can to posing, some poor crops but still I had a great day there with the camera. I posted a few for some comment.

2. This guy was about two foot in front of me and this was a chance capture. Some set of dentures on him.
3. This was also quite close above me, the leaves in the front are distracting but there ye go…

Thanks for the comments. It was a great spot, I just wish I had more time there without the intense heat….

5. This family were grooming each other, it took ages just to get one of them to look in my direction.
6. The big boys… I just missed the gorillas before they all disappeared into the wooded area… a pity as they really are the star attraction.
All technically good shots, so well done, but that first shot is a CORKER!!

Crop a bit from the top and you have a wall-hanger …
