Lakeview Sunset

Was driving home from work and I was passing by a lake and saw this picture. I rushed home and got the camera, the light was fading and i had no tripod, so I have to make do.
I decided to convert them to mono instead of my usual sauration boosting for sunsets. Which one came out better?
i would prefer the first one, second one is distracting with two many elements in the frame, last one has only one focal point not much interest.
