These are the kinda interesting shots I like. Though I would have done the following. Cut the grass out of the way and had the landscape in focus as opposed to the telly. The stuff around the edges is a distraction I think. Where’d you take it?

I’m guessing it was at lough Bray between Glencree and Sally Gap in Wicklow, off the side of the road.

I recommend that you don’t try to use this TV because the plug is dangerously wired. The external PVC is supposed to be crimped under the cable retention tightener.

i’m going with john on where this is as i was taking my dad on a drive whilst he was visiting ireland and had never been there myself. but sally gap was where i was suppose to be going so close.

Blacktop – thanks for the advice – i don’t know why but i only took one photo – i should have taken a few different kinds of shots. i think it was because my dad was complaining about how cold it was and when was i going to take him to the pub. i agree it probably would have been more interesting with the landscape in focus and if the wires (not grass) were not right across the frame.

Pete – thanks i will make sure i fix the wire before plugging it in.

    Good job indeed.

No charge. We’re all pals on PI.
