Late evening portraits

Out with CarrieJay the other evening. Little insects were a bloody nightmare, and in the ones with her sitting, I had to clone the little b%&*$£ds off her forehead and hair. Her white jeans were covered in them. But in my opinion, it was worth the effort. I havent really done location work before, so this was out of my comfort zone.
Love the lighting in these Ross. Great set, out of a very strong bunch no 1 grabs my attention for longest followed by no 3

the first two might be getting there,
but I find the clothing very distracting-Obviously a personal preference, and a taste issue,
so only my opinion as usual…I think I might have preferred to see you concentrating on the face in that light,
is what I probably meant to say…j
All 3 are excellent. Great use of DOF. Personally, #3 is my favourite, probably for the colours.

Really like these ezpecially the first one as you open it up and see her head and shoulders beautiful shot and I think it loses quality as you get to the clothing. If that makes any sense.
I think its something along the lines of what Joseph was saying.

Beautiful light and tones Ross.
I think these shots really show Carriejay at her best.
She has that classical, almost 1940’s beauty and these shots really bring that out for me.
I’m sure she’s happy with them too.
