    I’ve seen one in Donegal, north of Barnesmore Gap. That doesn’t mean they’re rare,
    but they sure aren’t everywhere.

    Very good shot, been trying to get one for a while now, bloody frustrating buggars, see alot of them but never find one sluggish enough, morning is the best time to photograph them before they catch too much sun and get lively. Yes it is definately a common lizard, well done Pete on the ID. They’re not as scarce as people think, just a little secretive.
