Interesting, It’s more abstract type of picture.
I miss the sharpness of drops on the edge of the lemon (try to use the sharpness tool in your software). I wold put more contrast.

Those bubbles are great, and I like the composition with the lines of different colour. I see that the bubbles at the top look really sharp (although it’s difficult to tell without a larger image) so I’m thinking it’s your DoF from the top to the bottom, you must have not been parallel with the glass at the time.

It’s a shot I’d been thinking of trying, I had a play around with a lime on a light table a couple weeks ago too ;)

Very interesting shot. I quite like it. Makes me want to go and play with my macro lens again, with the new extension tubes I got :)

It’s missing that zing for me. A little sharper and more contrast would improve my appreciation of it anyway.

the problem with macro it the depth of field and when it is shallow it is important to pick the exact part of the pic u want to be shape for most impact and in this case i would have preferred the hanging drops to be the sharpest area…

I like it,love the colours…..I think the slice is at an angle in the glass , which is affecting the sharpness.
    Good Ad shot

Interesting shot Brandyman :) I like it. I would present it portrait, but it’s just one of those shots that works both ways.
