Hi everyone i currently enjoy taking photos of landscapes and own a Sony 28mm f2.8 wide angle lens i have been getting pretty good results i read a review recently and the guy recommended a Sigma 10-20 f4-5.6 for landscapes so my question is it worth the extra money or should i stick with what i have Thankyou
I think we can all hanker after “better” lenses, but if you are getting what you want
from what you have then stick with it, as the saying goes “if it aint broke dont fix it” :)
I dont have any expierence in the lens you mention so cannot comment on it, but I am sure
there are plenty here that can.
I bought the Sigma 12-24mm f4.5-5.6 about a year ago and am delighted with it. It’s a full frame lens so if you upgrade from a cropped sensor to a full frame camera you won’t have to change the lens.
I’d love to pick up the Nikon 14-24 2.8, but the wallet wouldn’t stretch that far. The Sigma has proved to be a great cheap alternative.
