Lens kit bundles for Canon 400d

Hey Guys, quick question:

On Digital Rev there are two versions:

Sigma 17-70mm F2.8-4.5 DC MACRO HSM ?325
and
Sigma 17-70mm F2.8-4.5 DC MACRO DC ?241

What is the difference and is there any reason I would buy the more expensive one?

The HSM version has a newer, better, faster motor.
Unfortunatelly it is so far only available for Nikon mount :(
