Taken with a Nikon D200 – Sigma 17-70mm at 24mm f/22 15 sec/exposure ISO 100, manual focus, WB +1.
I just modified the sharpness and vibrance with adobe bridge. No filter was used no multiple exposures and no HDR.

Excellent shot. Have tried to capture this kind of thing myself with no luck.
