For cutting the board and apertures you would need a matt cutting system which are around ?200 for a basic system, within the trade Keencut are the renowned manufactures and there sytems start around ?500. After having a look at the systems on Frameco they seem to be value for money but I could not say anything on their robustness or trueness of cut. I am a regular user of your service since I realised the pain that cutting 30 matts in one evening can cause on the lower back.
