Licensing Photos

Hi all…Can anyone advise me on licensing images.I have been approached by an IT company for the use of some of my images for a client of theirs. I was wondering on how much I should charge for each individual photo? Also can anyone give me guidance on how to put a licensing contract together? Any help on this would be much appreciated.

first thing to do is to make sure you can license the images, you own the copyright and there is nothing in the image that you would require a release to use.

now to your actual question, you should check if they just want to use images on the web or will they be used in print as well? it would be wise to look back through this section for contributions from Ashley M he seems to have a lot of expertise in the area
