Have you seen this site? It looks quite difficult to use… compared to a digital one. http://www.butkus.org/chinon/flashes_meters/lunasix3/lunasix3.htm

    – Set the film speed with the inner ring.
    – On the right hand side there is a button/switch which clicks upwards or downwards.
Pushing it upwards will get the meter to take a reading in good light.
Pushing it downwards will get the meter to take a reading in low light.
    – When you push it one way or another, leave it there for a few seconds until the needle stops moving
    – Release the button so as to keep the reading available.

    – On the dial at the very bottom, you alight the yellow (I think, don’t have it with me) to the number which
the reading pointer is pointing to.

    – Finally just pick an aperture from the dial running around the top and see check what the shutter speed opposite it it
    or vice-versa…

Hmmm, not sure if I’ve helped at all there :D

    Mark, Thanks again for that.

I zero’d the meter, checked the batteries and tested it against the 5D
and seems to be working fine.
