Light stand and brolly

Hey folks! I was a dedicated available light user until last week when I got a Nikon flash. I’m trying not to spend on a light stand or anything else, but the light is just not customizable enough without a stand and as I don’t want harsh lighting, I’m going for a “head” and a white brolly or a softbox as well… not sure about the terms.
Any ideas where could I get a cheap kit or is any one of you want to get rid of some ancient stuff? When I say cheap, I mean it should be stable, light, tall, portable… and cheap. I was looking at stands and found a Manfrotto for ?55, but I thought, I’ll post here first to see if I get some good advice or offers.

Hi Randomway. ?100 will get you a Portaflash stand, Tilt brolly bracket and a comapct Brolly. I will include delivery.
That actually doesn’t sound too bad. I’ll ring you tomorrow as I have a few more silly questions… it’s sad to be lame, but what could I do?
