the straightening process I was expecting to see, was a rotation of the image, which i thought would straighten all elements of the image. However, while the buildings are nearly straight, the fountain still looks like it is sinking into the ground? Does the land to the left of the image drop away slightly? In any case, the fountain needs to be straight, it just doesn’t look natural. The wall on the left slopes down aproaching the edge of the image and the fountain looks like it slopes down approaching the right edge of the image? :?
Pixelle – aeb – auto exposure bracketing. I set the camera to aeb to get 3 different exposures of the same image. There is an editing tool that combines the 3 + shots afterwards in PS – HDR. Once combined, you can play around with the usual editing tools. The shots were taken in raw format, which gives you a better scope.
