Hi I have seen many images posted which have a logo as the watermark, and am interested in making one for mine, any suggestion as how to proceed would be much appreciated!

I’ve seen these too, I’m presuming they are saved as a transparent PNG file and then added as a layer in Photoshop or as a graphic watermark in Lightroom, have yet to play with this option though. Don’t use one myself.
Perhaps someone who does can add something further ?

    Pete,

Yep that’s what I’ve done in the past. Reduced down the opacity of the layer then so it’s not so obvious.

I made my wee logo up in ps then saved as a brush preset and it’s just 1 click with the brush tool and adjust opacity what ever way you want

Same here, it’s easy to make small changes when the brush is done. Colour or size adjustments are easily changed.

Thanks Cathal & Dave but guys not being technically minded how do I go about making a logo into a brush preset?

    Here’s How:

Make a selection around the area you want to use as a brush.
In Photoshop 6 or later, go to Edit > Define Brush Preset. You’re done!

If you have an older version of Photoshop, continue with the steps below…
Go to the brushes palette (Window > Show Brushes).
Click the menu button. This is the small arrow in the top right corner of the brush palette.
Choose Define Brush from the pop-up menu.
The new brush will appear at the bottom of the brushes palette and will be saved with the active palette.
