Louise.. On the first sunny day this year!

Went out shooting for some fuhn with Louise and Tony Nutley yesterday. It was actually bright sunshine!!! Shock.
C&C always welcome.
I was in touch with Tony through NM recently. Seems like a nice chap, with lot’s of experience under his belt. He’s got some great work too.
Two nice natural looking images there although my preference is for the first one.
Brave girl in these temperatures, sunshine or not…
The toning really sets this off nicely Si, and there’s a ton
of detail to take in. Compositionally, while Louise is perfectly
placed within the frame, I’m not convinced by the pose; the
angle of the head looks slightly awkward, and it’s not helped
with the hair creating that straight line to the shoulders.
The confusion of ‘horizons’ top of frame is also a little distracting
and I reckon this could tolerate a crop…
Of course this is my my opinion…Rob.

ALl C%C welcome Rob :) It’s already had a crop (the top one), those are sandbanks in the distance. The hair on the shoulder I agee totally on..

Nice work as always Si.
While it may not have happened, I’d love to see a version with Louise’s head back with hair spilling down.
Love the sunny feel in the second one too..
