The people at http://www.lightleaks.org/ have come up with a new logo for toy camera photography ‘low fidelity photography’ Here are two more images from the Holga.
RobertoMemberI like the first photo. I would make the white space above of the gate more darker.
MarkKeymasterEddie,
Great to see more from the Holga. The Guinness one wouldn’t look out of place in an advert if you ask me.
Nice leading lines.
Second one is very atmospheric, light in all the right places too.Aside, I have an Ilford Super Sporti (medium format), I think it has a plastic lens.
Must try it out and see if I get anything similar to the Holga out of it.Mark
LoGillParticipantI have got to get me one of those :)
Probably not fair to put these together, its hard not to make a comparison .. I love the first one, it seems so familiar somehow – (good guinness subliminal advertising for you ;) ) The second I just really like the composition and the grain
Lovely stuff ;)

EddieParticipantThanks for comments, Its really a fun medium in photography so i would always encourage photographers to get involved.
Lorraine The Holga is light and cheap and can be thrown into the camera bag along with your main cameras. They can be picked up on ebay. One of your website images has a Holga look so your half way there already.
Mark, generally anything with a plastic lens is regarded as a toy camera. Lots of information on http://www.toycamera.com . have fun.
davedunneParticipantEddie – my Light Leaks mag arrived yesterday and I see the Guinness photo is in the readers gallery. Congrats.

Many thanks, expect mine to arrive in the next day or two. Looking forward to getting my copy.
RestlessNativeMemberGuiness shot is excellent, really spot on. I might have a look on ebay later and grab a holga to play with!
The second one reminds me of the drug induced Mardi Gras scenes from Easy Rider for some reason
mgstParticipantFlipflipParticipantI’ve really been meaning to get a Holga with absolutely ages.
The first shot is absolutely brilliant, cant fault it.
Im not as gone on the second but thats just personal preference.
