Could the eyes might be lightened a little? The whites are a little dark.

Hi Owen,
The light seems very harsh (could it have been diffused a bit more?), and seems to have burned out the right side of the subject. There’s no separation of the subjects hair and the background, maybe a reflector or some other light could have been used to light the back/top of her head.
I agree with pixelle regarding the eyes.
