Taken on a visit to Manchester a few years ago, I came across these again recently- Originally taken on jpeg, so if you see any blown highlights, they’re not coming back. I’ve got some more, if anyone’s interested-

and only for your self promotion i wouldn’t have seen them :). Very “interior design” feel to them. Really like the first, my only niggle would be the square in background that
doesnt really fit in. A tighter crop might help. Super colour in the second. Lovely shades and well composed. Interesting shots, and it’s very diffcult to make interior look interesting.

“it’s very diffcult to make interior look interesting”

Not entirely true, though it usually involves more furniture removal than photography. If an interior is interesting, then its always possible to show that in a picture.
The viewers own interests will dictate what he or she will find interesting, and we’re all different-
The common thread is photography, whether its fashion or landscape or macro or whatever, and this forum is good for seeing a variety of different genres and styles, and getting peoples views and comments.

Thanks for having a look- must pepper the site with some more ‘shameless self promotion’ signposts.

To crop would take away from the column, I can’t have that. I suppose it could be retouched, and if it mattered, it would be. But its history now.
