Macro eFlash For Digital Cameras

I was having a browse on e-Bay earlier and saw a ‘Macro eFlash For Digital Cameras’ for sale. The sales pitch goes as follows. “The Ultimate Flash for eBay Product Photography” This incredible “Soft-Light” flash will mount onto any digital camera hot shoe or can be used as a off camera flash. I think it’s manufactured by Interfit. It’s selling at 65euro.
I’m just wonder does anybody know anything about it.

I may be missing something but i am trying to figure out how this is used.

Interesting. I think i’ll stick to my 430ex with a diffuser and off camera cord.
That device looks good but it look a bit limited. If I want to get up close and personal,
I just use the 430ex with the cord. This allows me hold the flash where it needs to be,
plus I can use the 430ex the rest of the time i need a flash. If that makes sense.
