Some more which it’d great to get some feedback on.
Again these were for the most part taken in very low light.I have yet more but will wait a day or two before bombarding you with those :)
Thanks !

jungleParticipantNice one Mark,
It was worth taking your time getting that cooker right its tack sharp and the light on it is really good too, hard to believe it was so dark in there we needed a torch.
The lift was a good catch too, good choice going black and white. Where the shot with the chair lit up from the side, did it come out okay?MarkKeymasterMikkaParticipantTwo great sets Mark. I much prefer the colour version in #3 of this set.
Did you have to get special permission to enter the premises? (though it doesn’t looklike the grafitti artists did).
I would love to try and get some shots in old abandoned institutions like this but they all seem to be locked and barred up or have some form of security……………./Mikkamarkst33Participantinteresting set of images, think No 2 is my fave. Just spent the past few minutes reading up on the place on google. If i was closer to Cork i wouldn’t have minded a nose around this place myself. :)
RobMemberVery good documentary set Mark. Very bleak look to these, even
in colour. Hard to believe the last of the laundries only closed down
in the nineties…MarkKeymasterThanks everyone for the comments, very much appreciated !
Had a contact to help get in, although wasn’t easy. Definitely a place to go with another photographer and not alone :)Rob: Ya I couldn’t believe how a place like this had deteriorated in such a relatively short time.
The actual laundry part was in the center which was burnt down in around 8 ago I think. Out back all that is left is the cracked tiles
on the ground to mark them.wirepicParticipant3 is a great shot. I think the murky colours help it work better than the b&w version.
For some reason 5 seems strange to me. The idea of a modern looking lift in such a derelict location seems to clash.
