Making connections…

Playing about today with some still life stuff, just for the
hell of it. It’s really more of an experiment in mono conversion;
trying to see how much tonal range I can get with a very limited
palette and natural light.
A little sculpture of coaxial cable connectors…

Glad you told me what they were,
was wondering how you were gonna play that-Not really floating my boat,
but it is a good conversion, I suppose-Wonder if there’s a better arrangement in there somewhere…
Lots of better arrangements Joseph. It’s one of
those things I fiddle with when I’m just sitting thinking
at my desk, something for my hands to do.
As I said, the picture is just an experiment. In colour,
well, it’s just wood and metal, limited palette as mentioned,
and not at all nice to look at. At least now it’s sort of
interesting to look at, for me anyway. Glad you like the
conversion…Rob.
