I would consider this my first real attempt at landscape. so go easy on me.

Very dramatic.
I would have liked to have seen the horizon in the middle on this one
so you could crop a bit off the bottom but I do like the dark brooding
area at the bottom, love the cool tone too.nice one
I have shots with the horizon in the centre too. Just like this one the most, cause it has that “dark brooding” at the bottom. I think it adds to the dramatic nature of the photo.
Very nice shot, landscape photography is my favorite but like you i’m trying new things
that’s a cracker for a first attempt! i’m not too botherd about where the horizon is as long as its straight. maybe 20 minutes earlier would have got more of that lovely sunset in? but great shot anyways.
Congratulations if this is your first attempt at landscape, it´s original and the atmosphere you have achieve is really good. I like it :D
One friend of mine used to practise throwing stones in this types of landscapes…
