Doesnt really work for me. Not sure why, Minimalist yes but it lacks the punch some of your other shots of a similar style have had.
This image really works for me. Nice composition. i would never see an image in that but il be on the lookout for such images in future. good job!
Lovely shot, but could I suggest that you increase the width of your border it will add so much more to the impact of your photo. You may have to decrease the size of your photo to achieve this.
Maybe it looks better mounted and framed but on its own for me it’s a bit boring and there isn’t much imagination to it.
I understand not everyone can like this technique, but we should show other techniques photography – to inspire others!

RafiI like the simplicity of the shot. I’d love to see it printed six feet tall. I was at a meeting in Calumet’s shop on the Boucher Road in Belfast a couple of months ago, in the upstairs room. There were a few pictures hanging, of views I wouldn’t have thought of pointing my camera at, but they were printed BIG! and looking at them I realised that my “pre-visualisation” is very limited by the size I normally print at, A4. (That does NOT mean I wouldn’t have pointed my camera at Rafi’s rock!)

I hope you didn’t get tempted into Doc’s pub behind where you took this from LOLLovvit…! Simple in it’s nature and not trying to be anything else. Love the composition. Works for me….!!
I personally love it!! It would look great in a large format on a black frame!!!
