Manfrotto MN234 Monopod Tilt Head

Anyone using this head on their monopods, would like to know what you think about it as I’m thinking about getting one, any other suggestion when it comes to monopod heads. Looking for something not too expensive.
    Thanks.

I can sell you mine if you like (make me a reasonable offer  ). Having said that you might not want it when I tell you that I used it for a while but in recent months I have started using my monopod a lot more than I used to and I found this head annoying because of a lack of quick release, so I bought the same head but with the quick release option (MN234RC). Another option to consider is the Manfrotto 486RC2 Ball Head, although that would be the most expensive option.

It is supposed to support up 2.5 kg, what max load you put on top of it. I will have the D200 with Nikkor 70-200VR + 1.7 teleconverter on it, wondr if it won’t be too much. I was looking at R86RC2 hed you can get them for about 50£ so it is not to bad support up to 6kg, plus the flexibility of the ball head. If I decide to go for the tilt head I’ll pm you with some offer.
    Thanks
