I don’t usually like the wooley water effect as it can be overdone, but I think you have captured it well in this. I think it’s a pity that the top of the shot is cropped as you can’t see where the water is coming from. The colour version works best for me.
I agree with miki g that the colour version seems to work better. I really like the saturation and crispness of the surrounding rocks and grass compared to the soft water effect and I think that is lost on the B&W. I also think that the version without the crop is better – the curve of the stream coming around is good.

Chris, I like the colour cropped version. It might be even better if your shooting angle was lower, you might consider getting some waders to get down and shoot at the level of the lower waterfalls! :)
