Mission Accomplished

I have had an image in my head which I have been trying to replicate for a while now. I have experimented with different liquids, changing the distance of the glass to the subject and different positioning of the flash and finally last night I got the image which I had been trying to produce. The first 2 are the image I wanted and I think its a pretty cool effect when you consider 98% of it is done in camera. Just a slight increase in the saturation, levels adjustment and some sharpening applied.
The last 2 are a quick experiment using more of a 3D type subject, namely my son and a skull decoration which we had left over from halloween just to test the potential for future shots.
The middle one was an experiment with lines of colours but I prefer the spots.
