Took a trip to Marley Park yesterday and was mesmerized by this guy and his two pigs . . . the smell was absolutley delicious :)

They cook a pig like this every Saturday morning in the limerick market :wink:Nah, didn’t wait around to try some – took these shots at around 10am and he wasnt serving it up till about 4pm. There was no way I was waiting around that long, had crepes and bratwurst for my brekkie instead :)
