Well I went to the Botanic Gardens again today

this little fella decided he liked my sons crisps, and came close enought that my son stroked his tail

These fellas bite!…and scratch! Do they still have warning notices in the bots telling the public this fact?
The focus seems to be on the shoulder area more than the face, which is a pity

Last time I was there Steve, the notices were photocopies stuck on cardboard…not very effective :D

I think Noely is right about the focus. It’s a pity the ear is clipped too. Think I would have been keen to try a portrait shot given that it was sitting up.

To quote Eric Cartamn … sweet. That one is really cool. Miles better than the first. Superb. NIce focus and the detail in the “hands” is cracking, Steve.

It looks like to me he is an evil villan from some movie, making his plans to take over the world

My thoughts too. Big improvement over the first image. Brilliant capture.

Yeah, the second one is a cracker.

Maybe it’s the sun and rain today that’s affecting my sence of humour but wouldn’t it be interesting to use PS to add a camera to it’s hands with a PI strap? Might make a great mascot for The Happy Snappy Club. :)
