Monopod and Ball & Socket Grip

Hi everyone..

Looking for a monopod and Ball & Socket grip.

Something along the lines of a Manfrotto 322RC2 Ball & Socket Grip (or equivalent!)
And Monopod (Carbon Fibre preferred but not essential) Manfrotto or Gitzo.

Alternatively I’m open to your own suggestion if you prefer and have something other than these, but whatever anybody has needs to be in very good+ condition.

Hi Proinsias

I have a Giottos MM9170 monopod, bought it some 8 months ago and thought I might use it but I just can’t get used to a monopod.

It’s been used once in a theatre scenario (i.e. not outdoors on a boggy marshland) and it’s still in top nick apart from three small (and they are small) scuff marks on the head, from being laid down on the floor. The link above has mixed a few things up – my one is 56cm collapsed and 157cm fully extended, it has the 2 way tilt head with integral quick release and both size threads. It looks like bottom 2 of the 4 pics, and not like the top right one.

It looks and feels robust and would probably stand up to some heavy use. Comes in a bag too. PM me if interested and I’ll suggest a price point.

Biddy, yes, I just got back from meeting up with Proinsias, who decided to buy it.

I have a Manfrotto 322RC for sale, in excellent condition, would be looking for ?80, you can see pictures of it here;
