This kind of shot is notoriously difficult to get right with poor lighting and often strong contrasts, where there is sunshine. Nice composing of the shot, but needs more punch or maybe a conversion to make the most of it.
It’s actually an DHR with 3 exposures. I went easy on the HDR because I think it’s over-done these days. I should have gotten an extra shot at lower exposure because there is still a little clipping of the highlights.

It is almose like it was taken at night of dusk.
there is a very soft feel there probably due to the HDR.
I feel it needs something in the foreground and more up top.

I like this as it is. It has a dreamy or “other-worldly” quality to it. Makes it spooky!
