Ah the old familiar Lough Ramor. Knew I recognised it again.
Another couple of takes, Ali’s wonderful Boats at Noon, and my
own awful Lough Ramor from ages ago.As for yours Dave, in my book this is the best one yet. Your composition
is superb. I really like that you managed to get so low on the shot, and your
dof has kept everything, particularly the lead in line of the near boat, in nice
crisp focus. I’m guessing the reason you shot so low was that the sky was its
usual bland grey, so nice work for getting the picture.
Oh yes, good conversion too. The frame is a little heavy-handed for my own
personal taste, but that aside I really like it.Rob.
