Yeah, I suppose I do see your point actually. Especially with that image. But because of the amount of work and time and research invovled in this type of photography I guess watermarks are a neccessity. The subjects are not usually covered by model release aggreements, and may also be vulnerable, or in vulnerable situations, so the photographers must maintain tight control as to how the image is used, in order to respect the subjects who allow them such imtimate access to tell their story. But, also to protect against lawsuits.
