Mossy trees

    Hi,

I found these trees not too far from home a few days ago and they grabbed my eye. The light was not great but I took this anyway and I’m not sure about it, so I thought I’d throw it open to all you folk and seek some comments. Don’t hold back now, I have a thick skin!

    Thanks in advance,

    Aedan

    Hi Aedan,

I can see why this scene caught your eye.
It is very appealing and you caught it well.

I can imagine how this might look if it was covered in
some low evening or morning light.

    Maybe this is possible?

    Cheers.

    John.

    Hi John,

Thanks for taking the time to comment. I definitely plan to go back some morning or evening soon. Just discovered this place a few days ago.

    Cheers,

Hi AedanC. I looked at this already and thought it looked well. On returning to it, it still looks good, but there are two little things which distract me. The first is the branch on the ground. I can just see myself falling over it  and therefore it distracts me. The second is the item on the left (which could be a rock), but looks man made as it is so straight and again catches my eye. I think this scene would look great with autumn colours in the trees or snow on the ground, or as John suggested, morning or evening light seeping through.
