It is not bad photo of the car and driver.
I would expect more dramatic shots from motorsports (danger situations and more dramatic face of the driver and not relaxed with arm on the window).
Yeah I agree about the lack of drama… Its might have been worth a try to get some motion blur in the background or something to try and show speed and movement .. I “think” if you choose shallow depth of field and then pan with the car you could achieve an effect where the car is in focus and the background blurs into speedlines – others might be able to give a more definitive explanation :? …. Might be worth a try if you get another chance :wink:
Corners and jumps are where cars and bikes shine, on the straight they look kinda static…unless they’re in Australia throwing up mile long dust clouds behind them.
