It was nice to do some shooting for a change :)
The bad news is that my lens is fecked :( Bloody thing stuck at 17mm!!!
Im gona have to get it fixed before the fishing season ends and my photography season starts….

Really beautiful shot… Needs no improving!! I have a canon 17/85 that’s stuck at 17mm too! Haven’t got round to getting it fixed yet . Let me know how you get on

I`ve checked online and it seems to be a common problem with this lens!! Loads of people have posted about the same thing :?
Lots of info on how to take it apart and fix it but its way too complicated for me to try!!
I bought my camera and lens brand new 2 years ago so im gona contact Canon and see what they say…

yeah did some research on it myself …waaaay to common a problem with the lens! i saw the d.i.y methods of fixing …not a bloody chance !
