Mullingar Criterion 1

A few from Mullingar cycling criterion last Friday. I only had a 50mm f1.8 lens so I had to get right up beside these guys for some decent shots. Luckily that was easy to do. It made focusing a bit difficult though. These guys move pretty fast so the lens was having difficulty keeping up. So these might not be the sharpest in the world but I think that suits here.
These have been deliberately cropped tight to concentrate on the faces, converted to b&w, some dodging to lighten the faces and adjustment of the curve to make them more contrasty. Nothing else.
C&C welcome. And go easy, I don’t normally to this kind of thing.
