Musical photoshoot ideas?

I’ve got a friend, Kris Platt [url]http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=360890506 who wants me to do a few photos for a poster and an album.
He was round at my house the other day and I decided I may aswell try a few even though mum and dad had taken the proper camera(this was my sisters point and shoot)
Got that, but still need to think of somewhere to put his name into it :?Have you, more experienced guys, got any ideas for photos when he comes round to do it properly?

Thanks. Monty.Hi Monty…. the best thing to do —>study some musician photographer portfolios. Like anton corbijn / U2 or Zoran Orlic / The frames and get inspired! Talk to Kris about photographs whose he likes to get an idea of your client wishes.
For headlines and text: you have a lot of space at the top of the image and bottom. I don’t know what he is looking for but you can’t go wrong to choose white/pink helvetica bold at the top and details in a fading box at the botton. This is a “save” design. Everything else needs to be inspired by you.
