Hi
My brother got married recently and when i wasnt playing groomsman I was shooting off as many photos as I could. I would like anyone to give me their thoughts on a few of my better shots?
Any comments regarding Postprocessing especially welcome as Im very unsure on this side of things. Have I over/under cooked them. Have i forgotten to do certain things?
Warning: this is pic heavy. If it is better that i remove half the shots let me know and ill do it.
Regards
TEdit. Have chopped out half the shots as it was a too much as pointed out below….
TompixBandonMemberFair play for creating such a multi-photo message, but …
Your best chance of getting feedback is when you embed the image in the message. Most people are not going to click back and forth between postimage and the message to see the image at full size.
To help, I’m copying from an older post by nfl-fan (hope he doesn’t mind!):
In Flickr click into the image you want to post. There is an option titled “All Sizes”. Click on this.
Scroll down beneath the image and there is an option “2. Grab the photo’s URL:”.
Copy the URL from Flickr.
Back on PI you have to paste your URL between [img]and[/img] tags ensuring that there are no spaces

However, if you post 16 images in this fashion, it’ll take ages to load and download. Perhaps, divide them between four messages at least.
I hope you enjoy the site. Best wishes.
johnnycorcoranParticipantI like the last photo..
mind me asking how did you do that with them dark images on their faces and the right balance on the bright area…?
just focus onto the bright area and click around??????johnny
DeeboParticipantNice shots and ones the happy couple would be pleased with
Faves are 1 and 4TompixBandonMemberI think the series of photos have a nice narrative in them.
#1 would have been really nice had the bride been looking at the camera! The exposure and composition are fine.
2,3,4 and 5 work well together.
I’m not as convinced about the level of black in the final pic. It’s different style of processing to the others. I’d be inclined to bring the blacks up closer to the tones in the earlier images.Best wishes.
