My Father at breakfast- 3 new images added

This is an image taken from a college project, used in the Iadt second year exhibition held in the joinery two weeks ago.
It was taken on a Sunday morning, while my father ate his breakfast of cereal, a boiled egg, toast and a cup of tea, the very same breakfast he’s eaten every day since I can remember. To me it’s a much truer representation of him than a composed, straight on portrait and pretty much the shot I’ve been trying to get for several years now :D
Very nice Niall, it certainly looks like you captured the true character of your father. Very interesting portrait. On the down side, I don’t really like the frame especially the bright marks on the left.

it’s pretty much a straight scan from Kodak Portra 160NC, shot on a Hasselblad, just some dust marks and stuff removed in PS. those marks are the Kodak branding on the film, maybe a little distracting i agree.Thats great Niall. I really like this style of portrait. You certainly get a sense of his character.
Lets have some more :)I’ve never shot colour 120 film, but would like to based on the look you’ve got here.

FYI, these shots have inspired me to get some Portra160NC and a Rollei C-41 kit to develop it in.
