Nice shot.
One thing though is the shaft of sunlight has introduced a distracting area of yellow foliage in the background. It’s a very minor criticism though.
SullyMemberThanks Harry,
Ya i was looking at that alright!
Would you PS it out or retake it with better light?! aka no sun shining through?!
Harry LimeParticipantSully, I’d just try to desaturate the yellows in that area, maybe.
I’ve just noticed the white flowers in the background-left. I think they might make an interesting shot on their own maybe. That is, if they are flowers!
richy5497MemberI’ve a little tip for you to get stuff rotated to horizontal accurately. I think this is widely known, but ther’ll also be some for whom its new…
in Photoshop select Ruler tool, whuch is gotten to by holding a left click on the eyedropper tool. Draw a measurement along something mean’t to be horizontal such as a horizon or something vertical such as a post etc.
Then go to IMAGE > ROTATE CANVAS and select “Arbitrary”
It’ll give you the amount already filled in with the rule you just did! Just hit ok and it’ll straighten it up for you :D
Cheers and hope you keep posting, its the best and easiest way to learn :)
Richy…

And im going back there at the weekend, weather dependant so will go for a closer inspection and post it if its worth it!
