Nice portrait Winkaus.. good composition and nice relaxed pose. Well done :D
The contrast needs a little bit of adjusting as it’s a little flat. A good way of seeing how flat a portrait is, is to look at the eyes and teeth. These should be white (not BLOWN white) rather than grey.
Also watch out for the height you stand in relation to the subject. You’re slightly below her so she’s looking down her nose at you, exposing her nostrils and it’s also not too flattering for chins.

For the sake of flattery, I always try and avoid under the chin shots…
Too many times have I had to delete photos of my friends because of this.Like the shot though. Nice portrait.
