That does look very nice Madeleine, though I’d be uncertain about the amount
    of foreground you’ve included here…

I realise you wanted to include the brighter parts of the sky in the reflection, but
those bright parts lead the eye to the bottom of the frame and away from the
main content of the image. Just using the scroll bars on my screen to crop this
to a 2X1 format definitely makes it more appealing. Of course that’s just my
personal opinion and may not count for much…

Looks like plenty of fabulous detail in that huge depth of field…

A beauty, real nice, like the slightly dark look to it, sky is super, right level of saturation

    Well done

Pleasing, serene; what have you done to get all the best weather in Kerry? :)

    Hi Madeleine,

This is a beatiful image and makes very pleasant viewing.

I viewed this earlier and also thought that cropping out the cloud reflection
    made the image better.

But like Rob this is really only a personal opinion and in no way meant as a
criticism of the image as presented.

    Well done, again.

    John.

Like it just the way it is – it’s appealing without having to even attempt to add how to improve it. Very nice indeed.

    Simply STUNNING !

Thank you everybody for your excitment… i was glad too that i didn’t miss it. sometimes photographers biggest enimy is the lazyness ( ; 3 years ago, i was too lazy to have my gear with me for walks… but usually then i would witness the most stunning nature light. So i always have it with me and morning and blue hour is the time for nature to glow!

ROB: Yes i can follow your suggestion and i was attempted to do the same but i decided to hightlight the mirrow effect than “just” the light quality. It makes it more surreal for me.

JOHN: i never read that in a negative way and i am always happy to see another reflexion of somebody else…Sometimes it can make an image better, sometimes it would create another beauty decision…
