    A few shots from Namibia, some on prive game farms, some from Etosha NP.

    #1 Taken in Africat

    #2 taken in a private game farm

    that’s a 300/2.8 + 1.4 extender at F5.6.

    Nice set. Were the cheetahs taken using the feeding system in Africat? Looks like it might be similar to what they use at CCF in another part of Namibia.

    Thanks for the comments folks!

    Aiden, I visited Africat and CCF to see what work they did, and to try get some shots. The first leopard shot is from Africat, they had the best photographers setup i’ve ever seen. That was the easiest shot I’ve ever taken.

    I’ve not posted any shots from CCF as the light sucked while I was there, and the cheetah’s were all behing wire, ruining the shots. I still took quite a few, as much to document my trip, but got no stunners there.

    the other shots were taken on a safari farm near CCF, where they have taken and feed some cats from CCF as CCF is close to overflowing.

    but yes, they almost all taken using the feeding system that is normal practice in most of these places.

    Crackers Merv. Last 2 of the first set gets my vote. Love the eagle, beltin shot.
