Nato DAys Ostrava 2012

Hi,
I haven’t posted too many photos here, let’s try to catch up.
There is a city in Czech Republic called Ostrave. It’s quite industrial place, there are caol mines located and steel works, however if you’re into planes that’s the place to go in September (3rd weekend). The airshow called Nato DAys takes place annualy over there and you may watch military aircrafts and helicopters from many countries. Really recommended.Below few pictures from 2012.

I like the new ones you have posted up. Even the first of the new ones, although the focus is “Soft” its still an interesting angle and a great view of the afterburners.

They are the best so far Alek. The helicopter shot is cool. Great angle and its pin sharp with a shutter speed still slow enough to capture the rotar blades movement. Great shots.

Thank you for your appreciation. I must admit catching rotar blades moving is quitr difficult in bright sun (especcialy if you have no ND filter).
