New firmware for D300

just downloaded it from nikon site, has any one done this yet?
Alot of wee changes added.

Yip! I’ve done mine without any problems.
Focus is supposed to be faster, but mine focuses so fast with the 17 – 55 f2.8 its hard to tell the difference.By the way, firmware part B. takes a long long time to update, don’t panic, its a 7Mb file and needs several minutes.

yeah done them both yesterday. have not had a chance to see improvements yet,must get to a footie match to try the focus, but as you say its great already. But will be interesting to see how the auto white balance, and noise at long exposures work out. As i take a lot of long exposures would be nice to see a difference.
