New guy on the block

Well I said I’d join up because I’m looking for some pointers and genuine opinions on some of my photo’s be it good or bad. I recently bought myself a fujifilm finepix s2980. I know this is only a basic bridge camera but I’m only seeing how I like photography so I bought myself a cheap camera and this was ideal. I have taken quite a few photo’s already and it was suggested that I put up a page on facebook so I set one up a couple of weeks ago. I was told some of my pictures have noise issues but I’m kind of unsure as to what this means. If someone can give me some pointers on how to get rid of noise issues in future photo’s or can suggest which settings to change on different features I will gladly appreciate it.
