New: Leica M9-P

Yep a new Leica as announced yesterday :)
Technically identical to the M9 but with one obvious visual difference and thats no red dot or ‘M9-P’ on the front.

A lot of people talking about the M10. Very curious to see if the rumours are true :mrgreen:
Seems like there is a golden opportunity out there for someone who can produce a full frame digital CL for two to three grand pricepoint. I don’t think I’m alone in being an existing Leica film shooter who simply could not afford to drop 6 grand or so on an M9. Sooner or later someone will take advantage of the niche in the market, should Leica not, much like the popularity of the CL back in the film days. Should be interesting, seeing as the Leica M-mount is no longer proprietary, I believe.

No Damien, you are not alone! :lol: Fingers crossed in the future a full frame digital CL could be produced at a more affordable price for “poor people”.
