New member saying hello

I’m new here so a big hello to everyone. I’ve recently stolen my wife’s D3100 with the 18-55kit lens and have got the bug of taking photos. She bought it for herself :) At the moment I haven’t found my niche, I’m just interested in taking photos of a lot of things from people, street, animals, landscape etc basically whatever interests me.
I’m hoping to find a few people near me who would be interested in going out for some shooting.
Hi Geese and welcome to PI. Have a look around at all the various sub forums and it might help you to find your niche, no rush anyway. You might lets us know what part of the country your in so it will be easier for members to invite you on outings. You can fill in your rough location in your personal settings. The best method of communicating, is to post a few images and you’ll be sure to get a few comments back.
