    Hi

I just bought myself a Canon 40d last year and at the age of 50 I’m just getting into photography.

I really want to do some studio photography and would welcome any training from anyone anywhere.
I live in Belfast but happy to travel anywhere in Ireland. Could do with a holiday anyway. :-)
I could pay you a fee if required.
Or if anyone can suggest a good studio course in Ireland.

    thanks

    George,

You’re very welcome to the site. Never too late thats a fact :)
There is some very good training available (recommended by many members) from one of the sponsors Institute of Photography in
Dublin, good selection of courses as decent prices too.

Anyhow, enjoy the site, post loads and ask questions :D

Hi Bikemental :) welcome to the forum. I have beaten you to it age wise I’m afraid. I’m 55 next Birthday  and I only joined last Saturday, I havent even gotten my first DSLR camera yet but its on its way :) I hated taking photos until I got a powershot camera a few weeks ago and that has totally hooked me. I’m so addicted now that I seem to live from moment to moment looking out for ideas and subjects for my next photo. I am more into wildlife and nature.
Happy photo taking and I hope you find the course you are looking for :)
